At the end of this activity, students should be able to describe light as a particular kind of electromagnetic radiation, explain the wave–like and particle–like nature of light, explain the relationships among wavelength, frequency and energy of radiation, explain the difference between continuous and line spectra, describe Bohr's model of the atom and explain the origin of spectral lines using Bohr's model.
