Diffraction and Interference

At the end of this activity, students should be able to state Huygens' Principle, describe the phenomena of wave interference and wave diffraction, describe Young's experiment, explain the type of image that can be obtained when monochromatic light passes through a diffraction grating and also the type obtained when white light is used and explain the idea of light wavelength measurement with a diffraction grating.
